As a Software Engineer you will: - Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot business systems and applications to achieve peak performance. - Lead projects by proposing customised application solutions and managing end-to-end implementation, from development to commissioning. - Deliver level support for application systems, resolve application-related incidents, and provide statistical insights to support decision-making. - Work closely with stakeholders to analyze needs, draft specifications, develop, and integrate software solutions effectively. - Oversee database administration and modifications to align with evolving requirements and technical progress, ensuring reliable data availability and performance. - Develop technical documentation, user guides, and training materials for the support team while assisting in onboarding new team members. - Collaborate with network, security, and systems engineering teams to ensure seamless and efficient operations.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in software development and application management. - Analytical Mindset: Strong skills in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and system optimisation. - Exceptional collaboration, communication, and training skills. - A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
