POSITION REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate will have:

• 2 to 4 years of corporate law experience focusing on private equity and M&A;
  
• strong knowledge and interest in business and commercial transactions;
  
• exceptional client service skills;
  
• excellent communication and drafting skills; and
  
• strong academic credentials.
  

Compensation:  

The compensation will be determined by the year of call and experience.  The expected salary range for this position in British Columbia is $130,000 – $165,000.
