A prestigious international Family Office is seeking a Wealth Planner to join its Luxembourg-based team. This role involves working with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families, advising on complex estate planning, cross-border tax structuring, and wealth organization. The ideal candidate will have a legal, tax, or wealth management background with solid knowledge of both Luxembourg and French tax regulations. This is a client-facing, advisory role within a multidisciplinary team and a dynamic, international environment. Key Responsibilities : - Provide legal, tax, and estate planning advice, with a focus on succession planning, family governance, and international tax matters. - Assist in structuring and managing complex wealth structures, such as trusts, foundations, and holding entities. - Conduct legal and tax analysis to ensure compliance with Luxembourg, French, and cross-border regulations. - Work closely with internal teams including investment advisors, legal experts, and fiduciary specialists to deliver tailored solutions. - Maintain and strengthen client relationships, ensuring the highest standards of discretion and confidentiality. - Support the preparation of client meeting documentation, performance reviews, and investment analysis. - Identify cross-selling opportunities and contribute to business development efforts across European markets. - Ensure proper execution and reporting of all client-related transactions. - Stay informed on changes in relevant tax legislation and wealth management regulations. Candidate Profile : - 1 to 3 years of experience in wealth planning, private banking, tax advisory, or legal consulting. - Higher education in law, tax, finance, or wealth management (Master's degree, LL.M., CESB, or equivalent). - Strong understanding of Luxembourg and French tax systems and wealth structuring mechanisms. - Ability to navigate international and cross-border regulatory environments. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing complex client needs autonomously. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong client-service orientation. - Fluency in French and English is required; additional languages are a plus.
